      <image:caption>Il Metodo Grinberg® prende il nome dal suo creatore, l’israeliano Avi Grinberg, che negli ‘80 ha elaborato un approccio di lavoro attraverso il corpo per insegnare alla persona a fermare delle condizioni fisiche ricorrenti (dalle tensioni croniche ai disturbi della digestione o del sonno) e degli schemi di comportamento/reazione ripetitivi e limitanti.       <image:caption>La metodologia guarda alla persona nel suo intero, quali sfide sta affrontando e come sostenere il suo potenziale di sviluppo individuale, permettendo il recupero da traumi del passato o affrontando le situazioni irrisolte nel quotidiano. Ha tra i suoi punti di forza l’unicità delle sessioni: l’approccio tiene conto della diversità delle reazioni individuali e crea delle strategie specifiche per ogni individuo che si trova ad affrontare e superare i propri blocchi.  Attraverso tocco, respirazione e movimento porta la persona a sviluppare attenzione al suo corpo come base del processo di riequilibrio psico-fisico, insegnando a disinnescare all’origine i suoi blocchi e a diventare responsabile del proprio benessere.       <image:caption>Le sessioni cominciano con un’analisi della pianta dei piedi, da cui è possibile tracciare una mappa degli sforzi che manteniamo nel corpo. I piedi sono il punto di scarico di tutte le tensioni che accumuliamo e adattano la loro posizione in funzione della nostra postura automatica. Durante il percorso si alterna lavoro direttamente sul corpo e lavoro sui piedi o footwork.
